Mufti Muhammad Tahir Yousaf is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Darul Marifat International, a leading platform dedicated to promoting authentic Islamic scholarship through research, education, and digital innovation.He is a learned scholar whose academic journey spans both traditional and modern education systems.

He completed the Dars-e-Nizami (eight-year Alim program) from Jamia Hajveria, an institute under the Department of Religious Affairs and Auqaf, Punjab, officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) as equivalent to a Master’s degree in Islamic Studies. He further pursued Takhassus fil Fiqh (Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence), earning the title of Mufti, which refined his expertise in legal reasoning and religious interpretation.

His passion for Qur’anic studies led him to complete a Takhassus fil Tafsir (Specialization in Qur’anic Exegesis) from Wifaq-ul-Madaris al-Islamia al-Rizvia, followed by a Takhassus fil Tahqiq (Specialization in Research Methodology) from Hadi Research Institute, Karachi . Both equipping him with deep analytical and methodological insight into Islamic sciences.
To further strengthen his academic foundation, he obtained an MPhil in Islamic Studies from the University of Education, Pakistan, where he focused on integrating traditional scholarship with modern research paradigms.

In addition to his religious studies, he has successfully completed Matriculation, Intermediate, and Bachelor’s degrees in general education and holds a Certificate in Computer Applications (CCA) from TEVTA, enhancing his ability to engage with the digital dimensions of Islamic research.
